These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bit177 ("bit177", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at bit177.app and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager on bit177, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your bit177 account, including any transactions, wagers, and communications made using your login credentials. bit177 cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take adequate precautions to protect your credentials.

• Password security: You must keep your account password strictly confidential at all times. You must not share your password with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Immediate notification: If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or shared with any third party, you must notify bit177 immediately at [email protected].
• Non-transferability: Your bit177 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to another person.
• No third-party play: You must not allow any third party to access or use your account to place wagers, conduct transactions, or perform any other account actions on your behalf.

bit177 reserves the right to carry out security checks at any time and may temporarily suspend an account pending the outcome of such checks. Any balance held in a suspended account will remain in place and will be returned subject to verification outcome.

• KYC verification: bit177 reserves the right to require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, or bank statement. Withholding or submitting falsified documents is a material breach of these Terms.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bit177 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

bit177 offers promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are communicated at the point of claiming, and to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall take precedence in relation to that specific game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bit177 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud bit177, other players, or payment providers through any means, including chargebacks, payment reversal fraud, or identity theft.
• Money laundering: Using the bit177 platform to launder, conceal, or convert proceeds of criminal activity. bit177 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh and internationally.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
